Hibri Design Studio is committed to providing safe, reliable shipping and thoughtfully executed fabrication on all orders.
Many of our pieces incorporate glass and other delicate materials and require specialized handling throughout the fabrication and shipping process. We use secure, protective packaging to help ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition.
Made-to-Order Fabrication & Estimated Lead Times
All Hibri Design Studio pieces are made to order unless otherwise noted.
Estimated fabrication lead times vary based on the piece, materials selected, and level of customization, and are provided at the time of purchase or upon inquiry.
Please note that fabrication lead times are estimates and may be subject to change due to material availability, fabrication complexity, finishing processes, or overall studio capacity. Each piece is individually fabricated with care, and timelines may adjust accordingly.
Local Delivery
For orders within the Austin / San Antonio area, we are pleased to offer complimentary local delivery.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS using a trackable and insured service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
We offer:
- Express Shipping: Typically 1–2 business days
- Standard Shipping: Typically 4–5 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier service, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via DHL freight service. Delivery timelines vary by destination and local customs processing.
Hibri Design Studio does not assume responsibility for customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
